MAINTENANCE

COEL Maintenance offers a broad range of services to provide support for existing and new clients.

As well as a ‘preventative’ service we offer a quick response ‘reactive’ service for emergencies. We offer a full range of mechanical services including plumbing, heating and air-conditioning, power, data, lighting and PAT testing. We also offer general building, repair and decorating.
We are an approved contractor with facility management companies such as Property Serve and Admiral.
