COEL Launches Maintenance Company

In response to the increased demand for maintenance services, COEL is excited to announce the launch of COEL Maintenance. This new division, under the COEL umbrella, will concentrate solely on building maintenance projects.

COEL will continue to offer a reactive service providing specialist trades to deal with issues as and when they arise. In addition, a range of preventative maintenance programmes will be provided. This will involve the regular servicing of electrical and mechanical equipment. As anyone involved in facilities/office management will appreciate, planned preventative maintenance minimises "down time", ensures that systems remain safe and maximises longevity of equipment.

Neil Cook, COEL MD explained that "the decision to launch the new division had been two-fold. Firstly as a result of feedback from existing clients regarding their maintenance needs, and secondly in recognition of the high demand for our skilled tradesmen to deal with day to day maintenance issues".

COEL Maintenance will provide a full servicing and maintenance facility to include:

Air conditioning & Ventilation, Heating, Lighting, Fire & Security, Plumbing, BMS Systems, PAT Testing, Water Treatment, Electrical Testing, Lifts, Lightening Protection, Filtration, Generators, Landscaping, General Maintenance & Repairs.
