Project Management
With over 20 years’ experience in the fit-out and refurbishment sector we pride ourselves on delivering projects to match our clients’ requirements, within set timescales and to an agreed budget. To this end a COEL Project Manager, supported by an experienced fit-out team will oversee the project from initial contact to completion of works. The Project Manager will be on hand throughout the project to ensure that work is progressing in line with the agreed programme and to deal with any queries which may arise. Our Project Management commitment enables the client to be involved in the project as much (or as little) as they wish.
Our fit-out team is directly employed by COEL and the sub-contractors involved in other elements of the fit-out project i.e. electricians, plumbers, air conditioning experts, IT and Data consultants etc. are all contractors that we have worked and built trusted relationships with over a number of years.
