Health & Safety

COEL adheres strictly to HSE health and safety regulations and will ensure that all necessary paperwork and procedures are in place before work commences on site.  We employ in-house IOSH and NEBOSH qualified personnel and have specialist health and safety consultants on hand to advise on specific issues where necessary.

Building Regulations

Once the design for your new workplace has been agreed our experienced team will complete all the necessary paperwork, apply for building regulations and liaise with the necessary bodies to ensure that all necessary aspects of the design are in line with current practices.

Office Moves & Relocations

Not only will COEL design and build your new workplace but we will also move you into it!  Whether you are taking existing furniture or purchasing new, it is likely that you will need to move files, archives, IT and telecoms equipment etc.  We can build your relocation requirements into our programme to ensure a smooth transition into your new premises.

Maintenance

Our relationship with our clients does not stop when they move into their new workplace.  COEL provides a full post fit-out maintenance service and is on hand to help with any maintenance issues which may arise.
