Space Planning & Design

At the initial briefing meeting we will discuss your needs in detail.  If required COEL will carry out a full space, headcount and furniture analysis to ensure that your new space will be used to maximum potential. 

A full design scheme and detailed space plan considering all aspects of your needs, timescales and budgets will then be produced.  This, together with a detailed quotation and programme of works will be presented for discussion and approval.  This process ensures not only that the brief has been fully interpreted and understood, but also that there are no surprises in terms of budget and timescales during the project. 

Our designers can produce sketches, CAD drawings, 3D images and design boards to help you visualise the finished look.
